From Jan. 17 until Feb. 12, the Philadelphia 76ers faced 12 teams with playoff hopes. The dreaded west coast road trip turned out to have one of the best team wins of the 21st century, yet the Sixers had their hearts ripped out at home twice.
The Sixers matured during the dozen game challenge, for better and for worse. The group of players that started the slate of playoff-caliber teams at Indiana, were quite literally not the same ones who wrapped it up at home versus Boston.
