Very rarely should NBA players be given a mulligan for a bad season, but Philadelphia 76ers point guard Markelle Fultz should be one of the few exceptions. Bothered by both injury and a form of the “yips”, Fultz never had a chance to really play like he did in college. However, the former first overall pick is now in prime position to win the Most Improved Player (MIP) award going into his second season.
