While the Philadelphia 76ers may be slightly disappointed that they didn't draw the first overall pick in Tuesday's NBA Draft Lottery,  the third and tenth (from New Orleans) overall picks in June's draft will act as a pretty awesome consolation prize. Who will the Sixers draft as their next franchise player on June 26th? Here's four players which could fit the bill in the City of Brotherly Love:

1. Jabari Parker, Duke

Parker represents instant offense to a Philadelphia 76ers squad in need of a dynamic boost on that end. Not only would Parker fill up the score sheet for the Sixers, his ability on the offensive boards would create loads of extra possessions for players like Michael Carter-Williams to get additional open looks. He could end up being a defensive liability due to below-average lateral quickness, but his growing skill-set from an attack standpoint would more than make up for that. For more information on the sensational Duke freshman, check out his complete profile.

2. Andrew Wiggins, Kansas

The only reason why the Kansas small forward is #2 on this list is the fact that he will most likely be off the board when Philly picks at number three. Wiggins has work to do when it comes to creating his own shots and remaining consistent in the mid-range. However, Wiggins could flourish in a high-speed, transition-heavy Sixers offense - using his insane athleticism to make 3-5 WOW plays a night. To get a better sense of Wiggins' full game, take a look at his complete profile.

3. Julius Randle, Kentucky

This could be the ultimate dark horse pick for the Sixers. Randle is built to take punishment getting to the rim, and has shown the ability to finish from all angles with defenders draped all over him. Pairing him with Michael Carter-Williams could prove to be an insanely effective combination - using pick-and-pop and pick-and-roll to open up easy looks at the basket. Randle's athleticism and ability to take over the lane on both ends of the floor could prove valuable if the Sixers decide to pass up on one of the consensus top-three (Wiggins, Parker, Embiid) to draft him. Check out more on Randle in our complete draft profile.

4. Noah Vonleh, Indiana

Of all the prospects projected near the top of the 2014 NBA Draft, the former Hoosiers power forward may have the most upside from a growth standpoint. Vonleh has excellent instincts on the boards, able to create easy transition baskets after rebounds for himself or for his teammates with excellent court vision. Vonleh gets to the line as well (something the Sixers desperately need), and has a developing mid-range game which could make him lethal from 15 feet within a couple years. Check out more on Vonleh's game with our complete draft profile.
