The Philadelphia 76ers have about $31.1 million in cap space for the 2018-19 season. With some minor changes, they could easily create a few more million dollars in room, giving them the ability to sign a max contract player. Even then, they could alternatively use that $31.1 million to add a couple of outstanding starters to this lineup.
