The Miami Dolphins have traded Ryan Tannehill to the Tennessee Titans, according to the quarterback's agency.
SportsTrust Authority announced the move Friday.
Tannehill, 30, has spent his entire six-year career with the Dolphins. He started 11 games last season, but due to injuries and ineffectiveness eventually lost his job to Brock Osweiler, who is a free agent.
The Dolphins reportedly pursued quarterback Teddy Bridgewater recently, but he decided to return to the Saints to back up Drew Brees.
Tannehill looks to be the backup to Titans QB Marcus Mariota.
