No. 7 Women’s Tennis dropped their first match of the spring season to No. 4 California on Saturday, Jan. 22.
After sweeping the doubles matches, the Waves picked up singles wins through graduate student Shiori Fukuda and junior Lisa Zaar. Graduate student Victoria Flores, sophomore Janice Tjen, sophomore Nikki Redelijk, and freshman Savannah Broadus fell in their singles matches, giving Cal a 4-3 victory overall.
