Yetur Gross-Matos Named To LOTT Impact Watch List

We’re slowly but surely inching toward the 2019 college football season and nothing proves that more than the release of award watch lists.

On Monday, Penn State junior defensive end Yetur-Gross Matos was named to the watch list for the LOTT Impact Trophy, honoring the top defensive player in college football who makes the biggest impact for his team, both on and off the field. The award is given to a distinguished young man who represents the qualities embodied by Hall of Famer Ronnie Lott – Integrity, Maturity, Performance, Academics, Community and Tenacity. Penn State’s Carl Nassib won the award in 2015.
