Just as the NCAA transfer portal taketh, it also might giveth as Penn State is set to host Virginia Tech grad transfers Eric Kumah on April 6.
The 6-foot-2, 210-pound Kumah has been relatively productive at Virginia Tech the past two seasons. During his sophomore year, Kumah finished with 28 receptions for 325 yards and 2 touchdowns. He then saw his numbers increase across the board as a junior, hauling in 42 receptions for 559 yards and 7 touchdowns.
Obviously, April 6 is a long ways away, but if Kumah were to join the Nittany Lions, he’d be coming into situation where a starting spot could be had.
