Who doesn’t like scoring?
It was a high-scoring affair and a historic night for Ohio State as Penn State battled with the No. 14 Buckeyes in the Jerome Schottenstein Center. Despite the stats, Penn State’s 0-6 Big Ten record and 7-10 overall losing record did not faze the scarlet and white who put forth a Big Ten season-high of 108 points.
Last year, the meeting between Penn State and Ohio State served as a ‘trap game’ for the Buckeyes. This season, it marked nothing more than a regular Big Ten meeting. However, the Lady Lions finally played at their opponent's level, not backing down despite early struggles.
