Penn State picked up the second commitment of its “Lasch Bash” recruiting weekend Saturday from three-star rated quarterback Will Levis, who announced his college choice with a Twitter post.

Levis, a Middletown, Conn. native, measures 6 feet 4 and 222 pounds. Rivals.com ranks him as the second-best prospect in Connecticut and shows he had offers from a handful of power conference programs including Florida State, Iowa and Syracuse.
