Penn State Football defensive tackle Judge Culpepper will be entering the transfer portal, per a source.
Penn State Football redshirt sophomore Judge Culpepper has entered the transfer portal, sources tell Victory Bell Rings.
Culpepper was part of the defensive tackle rotation, appearing in all nine games this season on the defensive line as well as special teams, recording five tackles and half a sack.
The Tampa, Florida native is a former three star recruit and has appeared in 22 games during his Penn State football career, never receiving a start and tallying only seven career tackles.
