In news that no Penn State fan wanted to wake up to on a Friday morning, it appears that Sean Spencer will be leaving Penn State for a position with the New York Giants. The news was first reported by Sean Fitz of Lions247.
Spencer has been one of the more popular assistants during his time with James Franklin, regularly producing ferocious and deep defensive line units and helping launch several NFL careers, including Austin Johnson, Carl Nassib, as well as Yetur Gross-Matos, who many are expecting to be a first round selection in April.
