Tommy Stevens is leaving Penn State.
Stevens’ dad, Tom, told the CDT on Thursday afternoon that the quarterback will look for a new school to play out his final year of eligibility.
“Honestly, I don’t think that he’ll be welcome back at this point if he wanted to come back,” Stevens’ father said. “He’s certainly leaving Penn State.”
A source confirmed to the Centre Daily Times on Wednesday afternoon that Stevens entered his name into the portal. The news was first reported by the Houston Chronicle’s Aaron Wilson and later confirmed by Blue White Illustrated’s Nate Bauer.
