No. 101 Constant De La Bassetiere made it two weeks in a row for Penn State as Christian Lakoseljac was awarded the same award the past week.
The Frenchman went 4-0 this past week at the USTA National Campus Collegiate Series down in Orlando, Florida. The marquee win for him was a 6-4 6-2 victory over No. 18 Gabriel Decamps of UCF.
“It’s a huge honor to be Big Ten player of the week. I think we all worked pretty hard the past couple months to play as a team. I think it’s only positive for the rest of the season,” De La Bassetiere said.
