Rec Hall was packed to the rafters for Penn State’s first contest in the hallowed arena this season. The No. 1 Nittany Lions battled their in-state rival, No. 14 Lehigh.
“Lehigh’s a very good program and they’re always going to show you what you need to work on," Cael Sanderson said. “Our guys had to make adjustments at every weight.”
The Mountain Hawks were riddled with injuries, missing three contributors from their starting lineup.
Penn State took advantage of the circumstances, toppling Lehigh, 36-6.
