Penn State wrestling freshman Brody Teske to compete unattached at Southern Scuffle

Penn State has failed to produce an All-American at 125 in nearly four years when Jordan Conaway finished eighth in 2015.

But now, the Nittany Lions could be in for some relief as Iowa native and former top recruit Brody Teske will compete unattached at next week’s Southern Scuffle in Chattanooga.

The move was announced by FloWrestling’s Christian Pyles who unveiled Penn State’s roster.

The Scuffle will mark Teske’s collegiate debut and he’ll join teammate Devin Schnupp in competing at 125, though Teske’s bouts won’t count toward Penn State’s team score.
