Despite a tough loss to No. 1 Northwestern during the Big Ten Tournament championship game, Penn State earned a berth into the 2024 NCAA Tournament.
Penn State was selected to be in the NCAA Tournament and will face James Madison in the first round. The two will match up on Friday, where the Nittany Lions will hope to build off their solid end of the regular season and successful run in the Big Ten Tournament.
This will mark Penn State’s 27th appearance in the tournament and second since 2018. The blue and white have not made it to the final four since 2017, and lost in the first round to Stony Brook last season.
