Penn State is on the rise.
The Nittany Lions women's squad entered the top 10 of the USTFCCCA poll on Tuesday after finishing second at the Big Ten championship last week.
This top-10 mark is the highest rank for the blue and white since 2017, when they were ranked No. 9 in the middle of the season.
Penn State finished second at the 2025 Big Ten Cross Country Championship on Friday, its highest finish since 2016.
Graduate student Florence Caron and senior Charlotte Costich both cracked the top 10 in the championship, finishing in fourth and eighth place, respectively.
