Despite winning the tipoff, the blue and white suffered back-to-back miscues to start the game, allowing the Cornhuskers to take an early 4-0 lead.
Nebraska continued to lay on the scoreboard through the opening three minutes, extending to a 9-0 lead with no sign of scoring for the Lady Lions.
