Following an undefeated start to the season, Penn State is going international.
The 4-0 Lady Lions will continue their non-conference slate this weekend, most recently coming off an 89-77 defeat of Saint Joseph’s in the team’s first road trip of the year.
Sophomore guard Kiyomi McMiller and junior center Gracie Merkle have proven themselves as an elite duo through the start of the young season, averaging 20.0 and 19.5 points, respectively. Freshman guard Tèa Clèante has been strong as Penn State’s third option with 15.3 points per game, highlighted by a season-high 23 against Saint Joseph’s.
The blue and white will travel to the Bahamas this weekend for a two-game series in Nassau as part of the Battle 4 Atlantis tournament.
