Penn State women's basketball is expanding in a new age of collegiate sports.
Coach Carolyn Kieger named Jason Crafton as the first-ever general manager for the Lady Lions on Tuesday.

Crafton will be tasked with "roster building and maintenance and generating NIL strategies," according to a press release.
Prior to Happy Valley, Crafton was the Chief Program Strategist for Columbia men's basketball, as well as the head coach for Maryland Eastern Shore, where he was a finalist for the Ben Jobe Coach of the Year --- awarded to the top Division I minority coach.
