Penn State football's recruitment class of 2026 tumbled to 16th in the country with an unfortunate series of misses and flips. One miss, Immanuel Iheanacho, especially stung as the Nittany Lions were hoping to have a five-star recruit headlining the class.
The five-star plus interior offensive lineman and No. 8 recruit in the country announced his commitment to Oregon on July 3. He made his decision about one month ahead of schedule and despite Penn State having a good chance to land the rising senior, the Ducks kept themselves on top when they needed it most.
