Penn State has been on a recruiting roll since the end of spring practice, and the only thing that may stop it is the class filling up.
The Lions have landed 13 of their current 18 class of 2016 verbal commitments between April 18 (when four-star CB Zech McPhearson committed at the Blue-White game) and the start of summer camp last week, and as the season nears, more decisions could be on tap.
