Cornerback Keaton Ellis is no longer the lone member of Penn State’s 2019 recruiting class. Three-star quarterback Ta’Quan Roberson has committed to the Nittany Lions, joining Ellis in their 2019 recruiting class.
Ta’Quan Roberson is a native of Wayne, New Jersey, where he attends DePaul Catholic High School. Roberson chose the Nittany Lions over offers from Maryland, North Carolina, Syracuse, and Virginia Tech, among others.
The dual-threat Roberson possesses the ability to beat teams with both his arms and legs. He also plays in one of the most competitive leagues in the country in the New Jersey Catholic League.
