Penn State still doesn't know if it will have Lamar Stevens next season or not, but the other Nittany Lion that was testing the NBA waters -- Mike Watkins –– is back.
The Nittany Lions announced on Twitter Monday night that Watkins would be returning to Happy Valley for his final year of eligibility.

After a promising redshirt sophomore campaign in which Watkins averaged nearly a double-double, he never quite returned to that form in 2018-19.
