Penn State basketball endured a mixed holiday season, with some real low points in December, but in the last game of 2025, those trends seemed to break.
Two significant losses to Indiana and Pittsburgh soured the month. Still, a return to the Bryce Jordan Center saw the team play without those defeats on their minds, with a statement 90-67 win over North Carolina Central despite a first half in which only one possession separated the two teams.
“The best way you get confidence is experience, and gaining it by the actions you have and watching that ball go in,” Rhoades said.
