In the end, the Nittany Lions emerged victorious over Nebraska 56-55 in the Bryce Jordan Center on Thursday night. But after watching his 18-point lead evaporate in the final minutes of the game, Lions’ coach Patrick Chambers was breathing a sigh of relief after the game.
“They hit some timely shots and really picked up their defensive intensity,” Chambers said of the Cornhuskers’ second half efforts.
