Penn State already knew it was at risk of losing star forward Lamar Stevens to the NBA Draft, but the Nittany Lions were thrown a bit of a curveball on Friday.
Freshman guard Rasir Bolton has entered the NCAA transfer portal, a Penn State spokesperson confirmed to The Daily Collegian.
247Sports first reported that Bolton had entered the portal."
"We are supportive of Rasir and his decision," coach Pat Chambers said in a statement. "We appreciate his contributions to our program and wish him the best for his future.”
According to a Pennlive story, Bolton's dad said Rasir's decision was a "non-basketball related issue.
