Penn State has made its first splash in the 2026 class.
Forward Dionycius Bakare has committed to the Nittany Lions, he announced Monday via Instagram.
Bakare is an unranked prospect in the 247Sports composite rankings. He also holds offers from Washington, Arizona State, South Florida and SMU, according to his announcements on X.
He plays at Malvern Prep, which is where freshman Justin Houser went. Bakare is a native of Canada, continuing the trend of Mike Rhoades and company picking up players from the international market.
