Penn State picked up its first transfer portal commitment on Saturday afternoon as former Xavier big man, Kachi Nzeh, made the call for the Nittany Lions.

Nzeh is originally from Upper Darby, PA, having played his high school basketball at the George School, where he was coached by Penn State basketball alum Ben Luber. Nzeh was ranked the No. 2 prospect (according to 247Sports) in the state in 2023, choosing Xavier over Iowa, Saint Louis, and VCU.
