Penn State added to its wide receiver room in the winter transfer portal period when it added former USC wideout Kyron Hudson and former Troy wideout Devonte Ross. Now, the Nittany Lions are back on the market for more help at wide receiver as they hosted Syracuse receiver Trebor Pena on Friday.
The 6-foot-0, 184-pound Pena is coming off a career season with the Orange, taking advantage of a pass-happy offense with Kyle McCord at quarterback to the tune of 84 receptions for 941 yards and 9 touchdowns. He earned second-team All-ACC honors after the stellar 2024 season, and while it looked like he would be returning to Syracuse for a final season, he opted for the transfer portal earlier this week.
