Penn State football landed yet another commit in July, with 4-star cornerback Cam Miller committing to the Nittany Lions Monday afternoon.
Miller announced his decision on CBS Sports HQ. Virginia Tech was the other finalist in his recruitment.
The Florida prospect is rated as the 30th best corner in the country and the 281st overall recruit in the composite.
