Saturday’s spring game didn’t feature anything flashy from Trace McSorley. As he did much of 2017, he threw precise strikes and got the ball to his playmakers. Outside of two late throws at Zech McPherson’s side, he managed the game. Penn State football’s starting offense scored on two of his three possessions at quarterback. And the starting offensive might have scored on the third had a fumble not occurred on one of his best throws of the day.
