The last few weeks have not been all that great for Penn State football. For starters, their undefeated season came to an end a couple of weeks back, as they took a loss to the Minnesota Golden Gophers. While the Gophers were a strong opponent, they ended up losing the following weekend to Iowa — a team that Penn State already defeated.
For that, Penn State ranked ahead of Minnesota once again after falling behind them for a week. The Nittany Lions were able to bounce back after their loss to Minnesota, but the tight victory over Indiana wasn’t ideal.
