Nobody truly knows what to expect when it comes to the Penn State football 2019 season. There’s one side that believes the unknown factors surrounding the team could actually benefit them this season and they could potentially shock the NCAA.
On the other hand, knowing the unknown could be scary and set this season up for disaster. Fortunately, the Lions defense is in stable condition for 2019.
