There wasn’t much drama for Penn State heading into Wednesday’s National Signing Day, as most of the committed players had already signed during December’s early signing period. However, there were a few top targets that were still up in the air for the Nittany Lions. One of those, Solomon Enis, decided against attending school in Happy Valley.
After signing offensive line target Rasheed Walker earlier in the day, Enis remained as the lone target on the board that Penn State had a chance at landing. However, the Phoenix, Arizona native chose to stay out west and attend the University of Utah.
