Earlier this week, Penn State football head coach James Franklin teased a new commitment to Happy Valley. As he joined his weekly radio show, Franklin mentioned that there was a new commitment, but per NCAA rules, the head coach wasn’t allowed to say who.
Instead, the player had to make the announcement on his own. Now, we’re not one-hundred percent sure this is that guy — but the timing seems to be close enough to assume it is. So with that, Penn State does, in fact, add another commitment on Friday night.
