When Micah Parsons enrolled at Penn State this past January, it was the end of a long journey that finally brought him from Harrisburg to Penn State. Although the two cities are separated by less than 100 miles, Parsons took a bit of a winding road to get there.
Originally committing to Penn State, Parsons decommitted in order to open up his recruiting. After appearing to be headed to Ohio State, Parsons ultimately ended up back with the Nittany Lions.
He was rated as a five-star recruit in high school by 247Sports and one of the best defensive ends available.
