The Penn State football program has quite the class coming in next year. As James Franklin mentioned back in the summertime, he would like to see the 2020 prospect pool for the Nittany Lions reach 30 by signing time. Well, so far, they are on the right path.
As of mid-September, Penn State has word from 25 prospects saying they are coming to Happy Valley next season. Granted, they did lose five over time, with R.J. Adams recently suddenly decommitting. But even with those recruits out of the picture, Penn State is still in solid shape.
