Penn State football’s all-time leading receiver and current Denver Bronco DaeSean Hamilton didn’t see many reps come his way at the start of the season. Due to in-season trades, injuries and a playoff-less season, Hamilton got more chances and made plays with them.
In the last three games, he’s caught 20 of the season’s 25 passes for 133 yards and two touchdowns. Hamilton created space, made some tough catches and provided quarterback Case Keenum with an open target to get the ball to.
A solid slot receiver not only does all of the aforementioned things, but simply put, they catch the ball when targeted.
