For a second consecutive week running back Caziah Holmes had a huge game in a victory for the Cocoa Tigers down in the state of Florida. Holmes ran for 200 yards and 3 touchdowns for the Tigers. This included averaging a lofty 12.5 yards per carry.
Fellow Floridian running back Keyvone Lee and American Collegiate Academy was blown out by Clearwater Academy 60-12. Lee missed the start of the game due disciplinary issues, and threw a 31-yard touchdown pass while playing quarterback for the Pioneers after entering the game.
Defensive tackle Cole Brevard and the Carmel (IN) Greyhounds improved to 3-1 on the season with a 23-20 victory over Lawrence North.
