This past weekend it was a record breaking night for a pair of Penn State commits. Unsurprisingly, these record breaking nights came from a pair of top 100 commits in the Nittany Lions class. We will start with arguably the most important player in Penn State’s 2022 class - quarterback Drew Allar.
The Medina, Ohio, native was 32/43 for 391 yards and 4 touchdowns in a 35-0 victory for Medina. Allar has now thrown for 57 career touchdown passes which is a new Medina County record. Again, the Nittany Lions appear to finally have their elite QB in the fold in Allar.
