As a star with Penn State football, it seemed like a forgone conclusion, he’d be a superstar at the next level.
Early on in the 2018 season, I wrote that Tampa Bay had the No. 1 passing offense because of all of its options, including Godwin. The Bucs have stayed atop that list regardless of who’s playing quarterback.
