Saturday brought a great weather day to Happy Valley for the annual spring game. Over 70,000 fans flocked to Beaver Stadium to get a bit of a glimpse of the 2018 Nittany Lions. Head coach James Franklin set up the teams to heavily favor the Blue squad, as it was made up of starters and guys very close to a starting position. The White consisted of reserves who will be battling for roster spots this year.
This year’s game was once again fairly one-sided, although the scoreboard didn’t really show it. Blue dominated for much of the game but only scored 21 points en route to the 21-10 victory.
