Another week called for another victory for Penn State football. We can surely get used to this trend, as it has been quite a long time since the Lions took a loss. The start of the schedule was admittedly easy for Penn State, so they were expected to win a lot early on.
As the second month of the season approached though, Penn State would start to face tougher battles. It started with playing Iowa on the road. While it was a close matchup, Penn State controlled their own destiny in that game and came back to Happy Valley with a win.
