In the lead up to Saturday's game against the Michigan Wolverines, some Penn State fans were mocking the Flint water crisis by comparing the serious situation in Flint to the performance of Michigan's quarterbacks.

Someone at Penn State making that sign about Flint, Michigan still has me irked. Does anyone in Happy Valley have a sense of morals?
