After a dramatic penalty-kick goal in the final minutes of the game, the Nittany Lions walked away from Jeffrey Field with a well-earned tie.
Penn State earned their fourth draw of the season with a 2-2 final score against Oregon at 1 p.m. Sunday.
“You see the belief in your team that wasn’t there before you get that equalizer,” head coach Erica Dambach said. “Right now they’re working on finding that consistently.”
Following a back-and-forth first 40 minutes, the quality of the Nittany Lions offense declined in the second half after losing MAC Hermann Trophy Midseason Watch List member Aubrey Kulpa to injury.
