As we inch closer to the beautiful thing that is college football season, preseason polls have started to roll out.
Today, ESPN released its preseason college football power rankings and Penn State made its debut at No. 8.
The Nittany Lions are the third-ranked Big Ten team behind No. 3 Ohio State and No. 6 Wisconsin, both of which will travel to Happy Valley this season.
Unsurprisingly, Alabama and Clemson find themselves in the top two spots.
Georgia (No. 4), Washington (No. 5), Oklahoma (No.7), Miami (No. 9) and Auburn (No. 10) round out the top 10.
