OWASSO — Oklahoma’s hardest football recruiters may not live in Norman this fall.
They can be found in Owasso High School’s halls and classrooms, where fellow classmates are trying to pry senior star Josh Proctor from his commitment to Ohio State.
The defensive back smiles when telling the stories, even mentioning teachers are nicely nudging him toward OU.
So how committed is Proctor to Ohio State?
“100 percent,” he says with a big smile before adding, “110 percent.”
Proctor will attend Saturday’s game between No. 5 Oklahoma and No. 2 Ohio State in Columbus.
