As we continue our countdown to Penn State football, we once again have to go outside the team’s current roster, this time for jersey number 64.
Today’s spotlight is on Rich Ohrnberger, a name that you all probably know pretty well. A member of Penn State’s 2004 signing class out of East Meadow, New York, Ohrnberger would go on to have a successful career with the Nittany Lions, earning both Second-Team All Big Ten and First-Team All Big Ten honors during his career in Happy Valley.
After Penn State, Rich would spend six seasons in the NFL after being a fourth-round pick of the New England Patriots in 2009.
